We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our insurance products to individuals and businesses. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and suggest appropriate policies.
• Promote health, life, motor, and business insurance products offered by the company.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client servicing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales (insurance/finance background is an advantage, but freshers are welcome).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products will be an added advantage.
